This example shows how to use the multiple face effect in the DeepAR studio.

1. Create the effect and setup Node properties

  • Open DeepAR Studio, go to File → Create new effect

  • Select RootNode and in Node Properties, change the Position mode to Position in camera space

Next, add the prepared "aviators" and "kitten" effects from the Multiple_face_example folder using the File → Add Studio File feature

2. Setup components

  • Select the kitten node in Node hierarchy

  • In the menu bar under Add Components select the Face Position component

  • You can leave the Face ID component parameter as is, or set it to 0 manually to ensure it cannot be changed at runtime

  • Select the aviators node in Node hierarchy

  • In the menu bar under Add Components select the Face Position component

  • Set the Face ID parameter to 1, this will cause it to track the second face
