When creating a new paid DeepAR project, you may come across a payment error (it happens!). Some payment errors (such as 'insufficient funds') we can detect right away and let you know, so you can try another payment method.
โ
In some cases, we may not be able to detect a payment error right away, so you may find your project created along with some payment errors, as shown below.
A common cause of this issue is a bank authorisation that has not been completed successfully.

โ ๏ธ Our team will notify you daily via email if you have payment issues. It is important to address these issues as soon as possible, as your DeepAR licence key will stop working after some days. There is a grace period of 7 days to resolve any payment issues before the DeepAR watermark is shown.
Go to developer.deepar.ai/projects and click 'Try Again'. If that doesn't work, click the 'Pay Invoice' button.
You can either select a previously used card or add a new card. If you're experiencing payment issues with any of your cards, you can pay directly via a Stripe-hosted invoice.
Fill in your bank details and select 'Pay' to process the payment. You can download your invoice and receipt when the payment is processed.
If your retry attempt doesn't work, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
